1. Using Repopilot

Repopilot gives businesses the tools they need to handle online reviews, write AI-assisted responses, automate workflows, and look at customer feedback across all of the platforms it supports. By using Repopilot, you agree that you will follow these Terms and use the platform legally.

2. Eligibility

You have to be at least 18 years old and legally able to make a binding agreement for yourself or your business in order to use Repopilot.

3. Account Registration

Some features require an account. When creating one, you agree to:

Be responsible for all activities under your account
Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access

We have the right to suspend or delete accounts that have false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

4. Subscription and Payments

You can't get your subscription fees back unless the law says you can, or we say otherwise

5. Free Trials and Promotional Access

We may offer free trials or promotional plans from time to time. We can change or take these away at any time. If a trial turns into a paid subscription, billing will start automatically unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

6. AI-Generated Responses

To help you manage your reviews more quickly, Repopilot may use AI to come up with suggested responses. Even though we want to produce high-quality work:

Content made by AI might not always be correct or appropriate
Before you publish any content that was made by someone else, you need to check it over
Repopilot is not responsible for content that is published without the user's review or approval

AI suggestions are intended to assist, not replace, human judgment.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Repopilot to:

Break any applicable laws or regulations
Upload or distribute harmful, unlawful, misleading, or abusive content
Attempt unauthorized access to the platform or related systems
Interfere with the operation, security, or performance of the Services
Copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse any part of the platform without written permission

8. Third-Party Integrations

Repopilot may work with other platforms, like review sites, business listing services, or communication tools. The third parties' terms and policies may also apply to how you use those integrations. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or services provided by other companies.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Repopilot platform, including its software, design, branding, content, and features, remain the exclusive property of Repopilot and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without written permission.

10. Your Content

You retain ownership of the business data, reviews, responses, and other content you upload or connect to Repopilot. By using the platform, you permit us to process and use that content solely for the purpose of delivering and improving the Services.

11. Privacy and Data Handling

Your privacy matters to us. Our handling of personal and business data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Platform Availability

We work to keep Repopilot available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Occasionally, the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:

13. Termination of Access

AI-generated outputs will always be accurate

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repopilot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount paid by you to Repopilot in the 12 months preceding the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Repopilot harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from:

Your violation of these Terms
Content you publish using the platform
